Sophie (21) is a student at Staffordshire University currently studying Animal Science with Animal Behaviour. After university she would like to work in the farming industry. SP: How did you come across Smart-Pig? What did you think on your initial impressions?

Sophie: ‘’I came across Smart-Pig just by googling ‘Loans for Students’ it was the first thing that popped up. So I clicked on it and it seemed really easy to use. Designed by students, for students. Just really liked the whole concept of it’’

SP: Why did you apply for the loan?

Sophie: ‘’The reason for my loan was I had a very short noticed holiday to attend to and I needed a bit of money for that. Smart-Pig seemed like the best option’’

SP: How easy did you find the application process?

Sophie: ‘’The application process is really easy! It’s just a case of putting your details in, uploading your student finance letter and waiting on a response.’’

SP: Would you recommend Smart-Pig to your friends? If so, why?

Sophie: ‘’I would recommend this to other people and I have recommended it to other people. Just because I’ve never had any problems with it. It’s really easy to use and I do believe it’s a really good loan company for students’’

SP: Overall, how did you find the customer experience?

Sophie: ‘’My experience with Smart-Pig has been a really good experience. They are constantly updating you when your next payment is due, what happens if the next payment can’t be taken on that day’’

‘’Using Smart-pig has helped me out alot. Getting money quite quickly before my next student loan so I think that’s the most memorable thing for me. How much they’ve helped.’’
