You are almost there! We just need some additional details from you to complete your application. We haven’t been able to confirm your bank details based on what you’ve given us. This is just to make sure we have all the right details and make sure we are keeping your details safe. If you can reply to our email requesting this information with all of the following:
1) A copy of your bank statement (or a formal letter from your bank) dated inside the last 90 days showing your name, address and sort code/account number.
If you don’t have a paper copy, you can download the latest copy from your online banking (We have a guide to do this here) We are unable to accept screenshots from your bank app for security reasons.
2) Photograph evidence of current personal identification; this can be either your Passport, Driving License.
3) Photograph evidence of you holding your driving licence (or passport), together with a note (your name, today's date and "Smart-Pig Loan").
